This full‑time English‑taught Juris Master (International Commercial Law Programme) targets international students who intend to build professional capabilities in cross‑border commercial legal practice. Core course modules include international commercial contract law, international trade law, cross‑border investment and financing law, international commercial arbitration, comparative commercial law and Chinese commercial law practice. The programme combines theoretical lectures, simulated arbitration workshops and real‑world commercial case studies. The teaching faculty consists of domestic legal scholars and guest foreign law professors. Students will receive systematic training on international legal theories and practical case analysis.
