- Demonstrate outstanding academic achievement
- Meet UWA's English language proficiency requirements
- Be international citizens (excluding NZ)
Not already hold a government HDR award covering tuition (e.g., RTP fee offset)

- Part 1: Apply for admission via the HDR Application Portal.
Part 2: Submit the scholarship application via UWA’s scholarship application system.
Applications must include academic transcripts, CV, research proposal, and referee endorsements.

The scholarship includes coverage for:
- Full international tuition fee waiver for up to four years
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the awardee (and dependents)
May include full living allowance (stipend) valued at AUD 35,000 p.a.
