Core curriculum includes Advanced Learning Science, Digital‑Education Resource Design and Development, Educational Big‑Data Analysis Technology, Online‑Education Platform Construction and Application, Artificial‑Intelligence in Education, Educational‑Evaluation Theory and Practice, Comparative Research on Global Educational Informatisation, Research Methods in Educational Science and frontier academic seminars focusing on international digital‑education hot‑spot topics. Within the two‑year full‑time study period, students are required to finish all prescribed course credits, take part in regular academic forums, complete laboratory‑based technical‑training sessions, and participate in educational‑informatisation‑practice projects arranged by the school. Every enrolled student will be assigned a professional supervisor who has abundant research and project‑practice experience in educational‑technology domain. Under supervisor’s guidance, students will carry out technical‑literature investigation, educational‑product‑scheme design, data‑statistics‑analysis, practical‑project debugging and complete independent master‑graduation‑thesis research work. Applicants must provide authenticated bachelor’s‑degree certificate and complete official academic transcript issued by recognised higher‑education institutions; applicants with education, psychology, computer‑science or educational‑technology‑related academic background are preferred. Non‑native‑English applicants need to provide valid English‑proficiency proof such as IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 80; applicants holding prior full‑degree taught entirely in English may apply for language‑score exemption upon official university review. Applicants should possess basic understanding of education theories and fundamental computer‑operation capacity. After fulfilling all course‑credit requirements and successfully passing master‑thesis defence, graduates will obtain official master’s‑degree diploma issued by South China Normal University. Graduates can engage in digital‑education‑product‑research‑and‑development, educational‑technology consulting, online‑education‑project‑management, educational‑data‑analysis work in global educational‑technology enterprises, international educational‑research institutes, cross‑border educational‑service organisations and other related international‑oriented institutions.
