About this scholarship

What this award covers and who it is designed to support.

o A flagship merit-based scholarship funded via IDEX/Investissements d’Avenir, aimed at enabling top international students admitted to Master’s programmes (M1 or M2) at Paris-Saclay and partner institutions.
o Supports students for up to two years (depending on entry level), with a generous stipend and travel support.
o Emphasis is placed on academic excellence and, especially for M2 entrants, a well-argued motivation to pursue doctoral-level research.
o Requires admission to a Master’s programme first; scholarship is by invitation only (not open-call).
o Research internships are encouraged to be conducted within Paris-Saclay labs; external or foreign internships may risk suspension of the scholarship, especially if stipend exceeds €1,000/month
