The scholarship provides full financial support for tuition and living expenses, enabling recipients to concentrate fully on their studies and research. Scholars also benefit from mentorship, academic opportunities, and an international network of peers.

Eligibility

Who can apply and what academic or personal criteria you need to meet.

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Excellent academic record (top 10% of Bachelor’s degree graduates).
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree recognized by ETH Zurich.
  • Strong motivation and commitment to the chosen field of study.
  • International and Swiss students are eligible.
  • Applicants must apply for a Master’s program at ETH Zurich by the scholarship deadline.

  • Separate application for the ESOP scholarship (submitted during Master’s application).

The scholarship includes coverage for:

  • Full tuition fee waiver
