Who is expected to attend the training

We welcome students who are committed to working for the well-being of communities in a specific policy area (climate, health, education, international development, economic or social policy).

They may go on to work as policy analysts, consultants, activists or leaders at NGOs, or as analysts at public agencies, central or local governments.
Examinations

Nearly two-thirds of the courses in the programme are based on continuous work and practical assignments, individual and group project works. There are oral presentation tasks as well as brief written assignments.

Traineeships

Motivated students have access to internship opportunities, but internships are not mandatory. You can take part in professional practical collaborations with consulting companies, policy analysis and research institutes.

    Government scholarship open to international applicants of Hungarian heritage living outside Hungary.

  4. Entrance Assessment & Oral Motivation Interview International

    Assessment period evaluating prerequisite academic background in public policy, public administration, or social sciences, followed by an oral motivation interview.

  5. Decision Release & Visa Supporting Documents Issued International

    Final admission decisions released and official visa-supporting documents issued for D-type student visa processing.

  6. Autumn Semester Commencement International

    Orientation week and official commencement of academic lectures for the 2026/2027 academic year.

2-year (4 semesters, 120 ECTS) EAPAA-accredited Master of Science program focusing on public governance, policy analysis, public administration, and international organizations. In the 2nd year, optional specializations include Public Governance, Health Economic Evaluation, Global Development Policy, and Climate Policy. Tuition fee: €3,400 per semester (€6,800/year) for Non-EEA applicants, and ~€2,500/semester (990,000 HUF/semester) for EEA applicants.
