Der berufsbegleitende Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LLM) der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management richtet sich an Fach- und Führungskräfte an der Schnittstelle zu Recht, Aufsicht, Unternehmen und Beratungen, die Transaktionen strategisch steuern, bewerten und umsetzen möchten und zum Ziel haben, sich für führende Positionen im M&A-Geschäft zu qualifizieren.

Studienmodell

Bei dem Studienmodell handelt es sich um ein berufsbegleitendes Studium mit monatlichen Präsenzmodulen (Do–Sa) am Campus in Frankfurt sowie Selbstlernphasen, in denen Sie an praktischen M&A-Fragestellungen arbeiten.

Part-time Master of Laws (LL.M.) taught in German across 4 semesters (60 ECTS). Standard tuition fee is €33,000 + €400 enrolment fee. Requires at least 1 year of study-relevant work experience and German proficiency.
