Core curriculum includes Advanced International Trade Theory, Cross‑border Investment and Multinational‑Enterprise Management, Global Supply‑Chain and Logistics Management, International‑Marketing Strategy, Financial Analysis for Multinational Corporations, China Economic Reform and Opening‑up Practice, Greater Bay‑Area Economic Development Research, Cross‑cultural Business Negotiation, International‑Business Risk Management, and frontier seminars on global‑economic‑trade hot‑spot topics. Within the two‑year study cycle, students need to finish required course credits, attend academic forums, take part in enterprise‑visiting investigation activities in the Greater Bay Area, and complete business‑practice training
projects arranged by the college. Each student will receive one‑to‑one academic guidance from professional supervisors with rich experience in international‑economy and business‑research fields. Under supervisor’s direction, students will conduct literature research, case‑study analysis, business‑model research and complete independent master‑dissertation research work. Applicants need to submit authenticated bachelor diploma and full academic transcript from recognised higher‑education institutions; economics, management or business‑related academic background is preferred for admission. Non‑native‑English applicants need to provide valid English‑proficiency certificates such as IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 80; applicants with English‑taught previous‑degree background can apply for language‑score exemption with official supporting documents after university review. Applicants are expected to master basic micro‑economics and management‑related fundamental knowledge. After completing all course assessment and passing thesis defence, students will obtain official master‑degree certificate awarded by Jinan University. Graduates can engage in international‑trade operation, cross‑border‑investment consulting, multinational‑enterprise operation‑management, market‑expansion and risk‑analysis work in global trading corporations, multinational‑enterprises, international‑economic‑research institutes, cross‑border‑financial‑service organisations and other international‑business‑related institutions.
