Non‑refundable application fee €52 (CNY 400) shall be paid upon application submission. Tuition fee is for 2026 intake and subject to official university revision. Qualified applicants can apply for Chinese Government Scholarship and Zhejiang Normal University institutional scholarships covering partial or full tuition costs. Accommodation, mandatory medical insurance, residence permit fees, textbooks, lab consumables and all personal living expenses are excluded from tuition fees. This full‑time English‑taught Master of Computer Science and Technology programme is offered by the College of Mathematics, Physics and Electronic Information Engineering at Zhejiang Normal University. Major research directions include artificial intelligence and pattern recognition, image processing and computer vision, internet of things technology, data mining and intelligent computing, embedded system application. The programme aims to cultivate high‑level international computer‑related technical talents who master solid computer theoretical foundation, possess programming development and system simulation capability, independent scientific‑research innovation awareness and cross‑cultural academic exchange competence. The curriculum consists of advanced postgraduate core engineering courses, 
discipline‑oriented elective modules, cutting‑edge computer‑science academic seminars, laboratory rotation training, supervisor‑led research project participation and master thesis research work. Representative core courses include Advanced Artificial Intelligence, Digital Image Processing, Internet of Things Technology, Intelligent Data Mining, Embedded System Development, Engineering Research Methodology, Academic Writing and Thesis Standardisation, and serial thematic seminars tracking global computer‑science research frontiers. During the 3‑year full‑time study period, students need to complete all compulsory and elective credit requirements, attend computer‑science academic conferences and technical workshops, finish multi‑group laboratory rotation practice, take part in faculty‑managed information research projects and accumulate sufficient experimental practical experience. Every admitted student will receive one‑on‑one academic supervision from faculty member. Under supervisor guidance, students will 
finish comprehensive literature review, research scheme design, code development and simulation test, experimental data statistics and analysis, research result sorting and academic paper drafting, and finally complete original master graduation thesis and pass thesis defence. Applicants must submit authenticated bachelor degree certificate and full official academic transcript issued by accredited higher education institutions. Applicants with computer science, electronic information, software engineering and related engineering backgrounds receive priority consideration. Non‑native English‑speaking applicants need valid English proficiency certificates such as IELTS or TOEFL. Applicants who have finished full‑degree programmes fully taught in English can apply for language score exemption by submitting official supporting documents for university internal review. Applicant age generally should not exceed 35 years old, and physical‑mental health condition must satisfy medical examination criteria for Chinese student 
visa. After fulfilling all curriculum assessment requirements and successfully passing thesis defence, graduates are awarded official master degree diploma issued by Zhejiang Normal University. Graduates can take research‑and‑development positions in information research institutes, internet‑tech enterprises, intelligent‑equipment manufacturing corporations, or pursue further PhD‑level academic study worldwide.
