This full‑time English‑taught Master of Civil Engineering programme is delivered by the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture at Guangxi University. As one of the key advantageous disciplines of Guangxi University, the programme gives full consideration to the karst geological characteristics of Guangxi region, focusing on geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, bridge and tunnel engineering, disaster prevention and reduction, and infrastructure construction for mountainous areas. The teaching team consists of university full‑time professors, researchers and senior engineers from design institutes. The curriculum combines theoretical classroom lectures, numerical simulation training, field geological investigation, engineering case analysis and laboratory practical operation. Every international postgraduate is assigned a dedicated academic supervisor, who provides continuous guidance covering course selection, research topic definition, experimental scheme design and dissertation compilation. Students must complete all compulsory and elective course credits, carry out complete engineering‑oriented scientific research work, finish master thesis research and pass formal thesis defence to obtain the master degree certificate. Eligible overseas applicants can apply for Chinese Government Scholarship, Guangxi Provincial Government Scholarship and university‑level scholarships to relieve study‑related financial pressure
