This English‑taught Master in International Affairs program is delivered by China’s first‑established School of International Organizations at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Rooted in BFSU’s unparalleled strength in foreign language education, regional studies and global governance research, this program sets three core concentrations: international organization operation, diplomatic affairs, and cross‑cultural communication. The curriculum integrates core modules including multilateral diplomacy, global public governance, international law, multilateral negotiation, intercultural communication and global policy analysis. The teaching faculty consists of senior academic professors, former diplomats and experienced practitioners from international organizations. Students will gain access to abundant internship resources from United Nations‑related agencies and other global institutions. Applicants shall be non‑Chinese citizens holding valid passports and hold a recognized bachelor’s degree. Two academic recommendation letters are required for application. All admitted students must complete required course credits, finish field‑oriented research and pass master thesis defense to obtain the master degree. Graduates are well‑prepared for career tracks within international organizations, foreign‑affairs departments, multinational enterprises, cross‑cultural communication institutions and global non‑governmental organizations worldwide.
